Hyde Park Youth Hockey (HPYH) Information

Welcome to Hyde Park Youth Hockey—Where Skating and Hockey Are Family Traditions!

At Hyde Park Youth Hockey (HPYH), hockey is more than just a sport, it’s a shared experience passed down through generations. On any given night, look around the warming room at Bajko Rink in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, and you’ll see parents, siblings, and even grandparents who first learned to skate right here.

HPYH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization open to all youth ages 18 and under. Entirely volunteer-run, our program is powered by the dedication of our Board of Directors, coaches, and committee members, many of whom are former players and lifelong community members.

We are proud to offer an inclusive amateur hockey development program tailored to a wide range of ages, skill levels, and commitments. Whether your child is stepping on the ice for the first time or looking to sharpen their game, there’s a place for them at HPYH. Our offerings include:

  • Learn to Skate: Designed for beginners, this program introduces young skaters to hockey by teaching the fundamentals of skating in a fun and supportive environment.
  • House League: A recreational and developmental league that helps players strengthen their skills while enjoying the game.
  • Travel League: For those seeking a higher level of competition, our travel teams offer fast-paced, team-oriented hockey experiences across the region.

Join the tradition. Play the game. Love the community.
