Tryouts for the 2010/11 season begin Monday, March 1, 2010.

To tryout for any Hyde Park Youth Hockey team, each skater must pay the 2010/11 tryout fee ($150 for all travel teams) and have paid all past due fees/assessments in full. No skater will be allowed on the ice until all financial responsibilities are taken care of. Please call Marianne Martin, (781) 251-9082 or (781) 696-3218 regarding past due fees/assessments.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW. You may register online for tryouts. You may pay by credit card or bring credit card/check/cash payment to tryouts. You will also need to bring your completed Participation Forms to speed up check-in and proof of your online registration. If you choose not to register online, please print the following form, complete and bring to tryouts:

This file includes; Application, Player Code of Conduct, Parents Code of Conduct, Consent to Treat, Medical Form. All MUST be completed in full prior to registration.

This is a 12 page PDF. Only submit pages 1-3. The other pages are to be read and kept for your reference and include Mass Hockey Level requirements and the Coaches Code of Conduct.
